Cold Forging

Cold forging merupakan metode proses pembentukan awal produk dengan metode penempaan material dengan dies pada suhu lingkungan(ambient temperature) untuk menghasilkan bentuk produk dengan spesifikasi yang telah ditentukan. Proses cold forging menggunakan dies dengan presisi yang tinggi untuk menghasilkan berbagai bentuk produk.

Cold Forging is the initial process in forming product by forging method of material with dies at the room temperature, to produce the product as its defined specification. Cold Forging process uses high precision dies to produce various product forms.

Tapping

Tahap berikutnya adalah pembentukan ulir (thread tapping). PT. SUGIURA INDONESIA telah cukup berpengalaman dalam proses pembentukan ulir(thread) dan menggunakan mesin tapping continues otomatis yang didesain khusus untuk menghasilkan output lebih banyak dan tetap mempertahankan produk berpresisi tinggi pada tiap ulir ditiap produk.

The next stage is thread tapping. PT SUGIURA INDONESIA has been enough experience in thread tapping process, and which is using an automatic continuous tapping machine that is specially designed to produce more output while maintaining high precision on each thread of each product.

Degreasing

Proses ini merupakan tahap pengurangan kadar oli dan sisa sisa geram besi berlebih dari proses sebelumnya dengan metode vibrasi. Proses ini diterapkan pada produk yang tidak memerlukan pelapisan permukaan tambahan.

This process is the stage of reducing excess oil and iron powder impurities as the remain from previous process by the vibration method. This process is applied to products that do not require additional surface treatment .

Resistance Welding

Pada beberapa produk kami terdapat proses penggabungan nut dan cap menggunakan metode resistance welding. Kami memiliki mesin-mesin otomatis dan mesin manual dan membagi pemrosesannya berdasarkan jenis produk.

Some of our products have assembly process of Nut and Cap part by resistant welding method. We have some automatic and manual welding machines, and it operated separately based on product type.

Nickel-Chromium Plating

Perusahaan kami memiliki line produksi Nickel-Chromium Plating yang didesain khusus untuk produk Hubnut agar tahan karat dengan tampilan visual yang bagus, Menggunakan bahan kimia berkualitas tinggi dan kontrol parameter yang ketat untuk menghasilkan kestabilan ketebalan pelapisan Nickel dan Chromium pada tiap produk.

Our company has a Nickel-Chromium plating production line which is specially designed for hub nut products with high corrosive resistance and good visual appearance condition. Using high quality chemicals and strictly parameter control to produce a stable Nickel and Chromium plating thickness on each product.

Washer Assembly

Pada produk hubnut tipe tertentu, memerlukan washer yang disematkan pada hubnut. Proses dilakukan secara otomatis pada mesin washer assembly.

In certain types of hubnut products, it is necessary to have a washer embedded in the hubnut. The process is done automatically on the washer assembly machine.

Auto Inspection Machine

Proses inspeksi 100% terhadap produk sebagai jaminan untuk memastikan tidak ada produk tercampur dan skip proses (proses tidak lengkap) menggunakan mesin inspeksi otomatis dengan kamera berpresisi tinggi.

100% inspection process to product, as a guarantee to ensure there are no mixing product and skip process (incomplete process), using auto inspection machine with high-precision cameras.
